Do you need to report any changes for this 2027 Enrollment Period?

Medicare plans we help with

Every client’s situation is different. As an independent Medicare broker, we work with multiple carriers to show you real options — not just whatever one company offers.

Medicare Advantage (Part C)

Combines hospital, medical and often prescription coverage in one plan. Zero to low premiums, network-based, some with Part B giveback.

Medicare Supplement (Medigap)

Works alongside Original Medicare to cover copays, coinsurance and deductibles. Accepted by any doctor who takes Medicare.

Prescription Drug Plans (Part D)

Standalone drug coverage that pairs with Original Medicare or Medigap. Carrier and formulary matter — we match the plan to your medications.

Medicaid / State programs

May help with premiums, deductibles and copays for those who qualify. Enrollment is completed directly with your state agency.

WHY LIFELINE

Why work with a Medicare broker

We work for you, not a carrier

As an independent brokerage, we compare plans across multiple companies. You get the full picture.

Our services cost you nothing

We’re compensated by the carrier. The price is exactly the same whether you use a broker or buy direct.

26 years of experience

We’ve helped 500+ Medicare clients navigate their options. The rules change every year — we keep up so you don’t have to.

We treat you like family

We stay involved after enrollment and check in at each renewal.

How working with a Medicare broker works

Here’s exactly what to expect from first call to having a plan in place.

1
We sign a Scope of Appointment (SOA)
A short form listing the products we'll cover. Signing it doesn't commit you to anything — it just focuses our conversation on what you actually want to explore.
2
We schedule your appointment
Most first consultations run 1 to 3 hours. Please have ready: your Medicare A & B card, your preferred doctors, your pharmacy and your current medications.
3
We walk you through your options
We present plans from multiple carriers side by side — your network, medications, budget and coverage needs. No pressure; the goal is to find what fits.
4
We enroll — usually in 15 to 30 minutes
During a Guaranteed Enrollment Period, there are no health questions. Your ID card is typically ready in 0–2 days, and full materials arrive by mail in 1–2 weeks.
5
We help you get set up — and stay available
We help present your new ID cards to your doctor and pharmacy, check in each Annual Enrollment Period, and stay available for billing questions, plan changes or anything else.

TIMING MATTERS

Enrollment periods: what you need to know

Start getting informed at least 3 months before your 65th birthday. Still working at 65? Then talk to HR first, because employer coverage affects when and how you enroll. You can also check the official dates on Medicare.gov.

Common questions

Questions people ask their Medicare broker

It depends on the plan. Medicare Advantage plans are network-based, so we always verify your doctors are included before you enroll. Medigap works with any doctor who accepts Medicare.

Medicare Advantage plans have an annual out-of-pocket maximum; Medigap covers most gaps for predictable costs. We walk you through the numbers for every plan we look at.

Yes — enroll during your Guaranteed Enrollment Period (3 months before/after you turn 65) and they can’t be used to deny coverage or change your rate.

Part A is no charge for most people. Part B runs $203/month in 2026 (varies by income). Together they cover about 80% of costs; a plan covers the rest.

Possibly — we’ll let you know at your appointment. If you qualify, enrollment goes through your state agency directly.

No. As your Medicare broker, we’re compensated by the insurance carrier, so your plan costs exactly the same whether you use a broker or buy direct.
